Today i have been thinking about the "Relevant Church"
in the church the term relevant is thrown around a lot... were always trying to be more relevant....
relevant to the culture in which we live in
but in our search to become relevant have we lost our ability to be REAL????
in our search of a hollywood jesus have we lost sight of the Old Rugged Cross??
have we lost his blood in our search for a free love???
have we tried to be to relevant and lost sight of the Father
The Church Shouldn't be relevant to the culture the Culture should be relevant to the church
we should run the opposite way until society changes it's direction
Is there anything more relevant than the "Rock of Ages"????
is there anybook more modern than the "Living word of God"???
lets not loose sight of REAL Jesus
and his REAL LOVE and GRACE
