i am in love w/ this album right now!!
i've yet to find a song that i don't like!!

Run Hard

You've all been to the stadium and seen the athletes race. Everyone runs; one wins. Run to win. All good athletes train hard. They do it for a gold medal that tarnishes and fades. You're after one that's gold eternally.

I don't know about you, but I'm running hard for the finish line. I'm giving it everything I've got. No sloppy living for me! I'm staying alert and in top condition. I'm not going to get caught napping, telling everyone else all about it and then missing out myself.

in the crapper

last night when my YouVersion reading plan lead me to this passage i read it... thought.. read it again.. and again!!
i was like "what the heck" "does paul not want us to become christians" "he just said if we follow christ well be treated like crap"
i think the principle of humility is one that has been long forgotten in the church of today
we no longer understand what it means to live humbly
to live as the least

i also think that many of us don't respond to the crap of life like paul says we should

The Draft

So today i immersed my self in the world of Fantasy Football for the first time!!

i have had a lot of fun today in the Draft!!
my team is on espn.com
i participated in espn's live draft which is pretty epic!!
real time feed from all the other players in the leauge
graphics and speed were incredible!!
iam finding out y ppl love fantasy football so much!!

all this drafting players got me thinking if Jesus was the player "on the block"(being drafted right now)
would u choose him to play for ur team????
don't just say yes for the sake of being "religious" or a "good person"

really think about it b/c if he's on ur team u have to lay down ur life u have to give him control of everything!!
let him be QB, Coach, Owner, and more!!

would u choose Jesus??????

Coach

whats up ppl?????????
so i've spent the last week of my life @ mega sports camp
coaching lil kids in dif sports... baseball.. basketball.. its been fun
its always fun to coach lil kids
help them achieve their dreams
show them how to shoot a free throw
or hit the baseball over the fences
its a very rewarding!!
watching them going from crappy jumpshop & a non existant layup skillz to shooting 10 freethrows in a row & making the J!!

i wonder is that how God feels???
helping us go from hopeless & lost to joyful and happy
bringing from the pit to the palace
i can't imagine what is must feel like for God to sit there and watch as he changes lives every day!!
knowing that his whole purpose is to "Seek & save what was lost" leaves me speachless
i can't imagine the feeling of constant saving
that all the time every day the feeling of reward from changing lives!!
thats gotta be amazing

well gues what
coach put u in the game
its the 4th quarter
theres 60 seconds on the clock
u gotta win the game b4 time runs out!!

lets follow in the footsteps of Jesus and live to seek & save the lost & forgotten
cause the clock is running down!!

BOOM!!

WOW this summer is flying bye!!
i just had an incredible experience the last 2 days!!
MAN CAMP!!
a group of guys from my youth group went camping!!

it was awesome! we shot skeet.. went canoeing.. campin.. watched the A-Team.. farted.. burped.. ate lots of meat!! and lots of other man stuff!!
it was awesome!!

i got to do my morning devo's sittin on a dock by a river during sunrise!!
truly an amazing experience reading the word of God and standing in awe of his creation!!
gazed into the stars and dreamed BIG dreams!!
nothing like spending time w/ the creator & spending time enjoying all he has created!!

i discovered something while shootin a 12 gauge shotgun!!
it goes BOOM!!
a really big BOOM!!
kinda like when we say "Jesus"
all the devil hears is BOOM!!

after my first shot i stood there w/ a huge smile on my face and all i could say was "WHOAH"
i was in amazement!!
there was a whole lot of power coming from that gun!!
when i hit the skeet it exploded into a bunch of pieces

i had never seen a better picture of prayer in my life!!
when we pray it goes BOOM and demons explode!!!

very manly!!
